Yes, if you purchase in-store, you can hand in your old watch or clock to a member of the team who will handle the recycling on your behalf.

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt to receive an exchange or refund (a 28 day limit applies to orders placed in-store). Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return items using a signed-for service with Royal Mail. Pierced jewellery and personalised items cannot be refunded.
