Will Chipex work on rusted bodywork?
Yes, though Chipex is not a rust inhibitor.
What do I need to do prior to using Chipex?
Thoroughly wash and clean the area to be repaired. Remove any residual polish or wax. Polish or wax can be removed using the blending solution provided or white spirits/alcohol wipes.
What is the shelf life of the Chipex paint?
Generally, Chipex paint expires in 3 years of manufacture and the blending solution in 2 years.
