How do I know if a claim is covered in my policy?
You will receive all of this information in your policy booklet, if you are unsure, then you can call the Claims Advisors as above.
How can I manage my policy?
When you've bought insurance, you will receive an online Customer Code which will allow you to register online and manage your account. If you've lost your code, you can request a new one here.
How can I renew my policy?
Your automatic renewal will be sent to you 21 days before your policy is due to end, and if you are happy to accept this you can simply apply to renew your Policy here. You won't ever be left without cover unless you wish to cancel or make a change to your Policy, in which case you should contact the team.
