GAME returns policy
The returns policy at GAME allows 28 days for you to change your mind about any product, as long as it is still in it’s original sealed packaging. For most products that become faulty, GAME will accept a return for a full refund up to 3 months from the dispatch date for new items, or 12 months from dispatch if it was pre-owned.

Delivery costs depend on your individual order. Standard delivery for in-stock items cost from £4.99. For a full list of delivery charges, including the cost for pre-orders and in-store collection, can be found online.
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase as long as the seal is unbroken on games - faulty goods can be returned within 3 months.
