Good to Go offers excellent value across its parking choices. Park & Ride is a long-stay option that gets you easy access to the terminal by fast, frequent shuttle buses. Its Meet & Greet means the staff take care of parking the car whilst you walk to the terminal, and Drop & Ride offers the best of both worlds for those travelling from Terminal 5. All bookings can be changed until midnight the day before your arrival, giving you the freedom to adjust your arrangements if your plans change.
Parent and child spaces are available with all Park & Ride packages, allowing easy access to customer service and exit points. All car parks are fully accessible with blue badge spaces, so guests with additional needs can take advantage of the service too. If you should be unlucky enough to return to a car with a flat battery, Good to Go can jump-start the car for you, and put you in touch with breakdown assistance should you need additional help.

Are there restrictions on car size at Good to Go?
Terminals 2 & 3 have a maximum height of 2.2m for Meet & Greet, 2.5m for Park & Ride.
Terminal 4 has a maximum height of 2m for Meet & Greet, with no height restriction for Park & Ride.
Terminal 5 has a maximum height of 2.2m for Meet & Greet and 2.4m for Park & Ride (panel-sided vehicles not allowed for Park & Ride).
There are no height restrictions at Drop & Ride.
Trailers aren’t allowed anywhere except Drop & Ride.
What is the minimum stay at Good to Go?
There is no minimum stay, though bookings must include a Saturday night.
What happens if I return to a different terminal?
Meet & Greet service will deliver your car to the new terminal, if you’re using Park & Ride and Drop & Ride services the airport transfer system will take you back to the relevant car park.

You can cancel your booking after 14 days for a full refund.
If your booking falls within 14 days and you cancel after arrival, you may still be liable for some of the booking in proportion to the services used. You may not cancel after you have used the service, even if it has been fewer than 14 days since you made the booking.
