Can I send Guess items as a gift to a friend?
Yes, in the shopping cart, there is an option to choose the ‘gift option’. The recipient will receive the gift in special wrapping paper and you can leave a personal message too.
Is there a Guess guarantee?
Yes, all products are in compliance with European laws, are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects and design faults.

Express delivery will cost £14 per order and will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
You can return any product you don't like within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must still have their tags and seals, otherwise the return won't be authorized. Returns are free, and must be authorized by the Customer Service team.
After speaking with Customer Services, you’ll be sent an email with the confirmation of the registration and the label with the return procedures. Print your return label and stick it to the original box. Apply the label on the invoice enclosed to your order on the box. The label will direct returns to the warehouse. Simply take the box to a Post Office to dispatch it.
