Is there a minimum booking commitment?
You can book a one-off clean with no obligation to continue. If you schedule weekly or fortnightly cleaning, these are subject to a 3 month minimum commitment.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials with Hassle?
Hassle recommend you supply: 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 mop, 4 cleaning cloths, 1 feather duster, 1 scratch-free sponge, toilet cleaner, limescale cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, fat solvent.
Can I alter the time of my booking with Hassle?
Yes. Simply log into your account, click ‘manage this relationship’ then ‘make a change'. You can do this without charge up to 24 hours before your booking.

You can cancel an individual booking up to 24 hours in advance without charge. However, if you cancel a booking within 24 hours there will be a £15 cancellation charge.
If you cancel a weekly / fortnightly booking within the 3 months of the minimum commitment period, you’ll get an extra month to achieve the number of bookings. If you still do not meet the commitment of bookings you will be charged a penalty fee of up to £60.
