Many products are available for personalisation through embroidery or engraving to a maximum of 12 characters not including spaces, at a cost of only £5.

Orders of £50 and over are free. Orders under £50 can be delivered for £4.95. Delivery is within 3 to 5 working days. Personalised items may take longer. Premium delivery is also available and larger items may incur higher delivery charge. A Deliver & Build service is available for £150.
Items can also be collected in store when bought online.
Mamas and Papas have a 30-day returns policy for unused items in their original packaging. These can be returned to a store, supply centre or by post.
Furniture returns may incur a £40 charge.
Stores are open Monday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm, and Saturday 9:30am - 3:00pm.
