- Add the items you want to your basket and click 'go to basket' to checkout
- Log in or use the guest checkout and once you reach your order summary, enter your discount code into the box provided and click 'Add'
- Any other discounts will be automatically applied if a code wasn't needed so you can check out securely.

Does Trouva do student discount?
Not currently, however, if you shop the Trouva sale page you'll find many goods for less!
Does Trouva offer free delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £50, Click & Collect is also a free and easy option to use on many of the boutiques.
What is Trouva refer a friend?
By telling your friends about Trouva, you'll both get a £10 reward to spend at your favourite boutique - win.
All orders £50 and above are FREE. Otherwise, standard delivery is from £3.95. Different delivery options are available. Trouva also offers an allocated 1 hour slot, same-day delivery service.
Alternatively, you can select the ‘Click and Collect’ option and pick up your order direct from the boutique itself. This service is free, but it’s only available from one boutique only.
Trouva offers a risk-free, no-fuss returns policy. If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase, notify Trouva via their returns email address. You can return it directly to the boutique within 14 days and you will be given a full refund, or send the item back through the post. If your item is faulty, your returns postage will be refunded.
