Do TUI require you to take a COVID test when booking a package holiday?

That depends entirely on your travel destination and their current travel guidelines, if it states you require a fit-to-fly test then you’ll need to order one at least 5-7 days before your scheduled leaving date.

Can I purchase COVID tests through TUI?

TUI has partnered up with Chronomics to offer COVID tests (PCR or lateral flow) to customers who book through TUI holidays. What is the TUI free changes policy?

With travel corridors changing constantly at the moment, TUI offers peace of mind by allowing any customer to change their booking up to 14 days before their scheduled departure date without any cost. You will also be able to make changes in cases where your chosen travel destination changes its travel status, such as green to amber. You will also be refunded in full if the country in question reverts to red status, as TUI will no longer fly there. This policy is currently valid until October 31st 2021.
