How can I amend a booking?
Should you need to cancel or make any changes to your booking, click on ‘Login/Manage Booking’ in the top right-hand corner of the Stena Line webpage to login into your account and use your email plus booking reference to access your booking details.
Will I need a ticket when I travel?
You will need to quote your booking reference when you arrive at the port to check-in so although you do not need to bring your itinerary with you, you will need the booking reference number as well as photo id for plain sailing!
Can I use my Tesco Clubcard points on travel?
Yes you can exchange these points against ferry travel by car. With no limits on how many Boost tokens you can use on some routes, check all the details on how to book with your Tesco token code here.
What if I miss my boat?
It can happen to the best of us and should this be the case, Stena Line will try to get you on the next crossing available which is subject to availability. Please note that an amendment fee may be charged.
You will be sent a confirmation email when you make your booking and your booking reference number is what you will need to quote on check-in.
To cancel a booking, log in to your account and follow the instructions on-screen. An amendment fee may be applicable and any refunds due will be issued to the card you used when booking.
