The cash-out function will not be available for qualifying bets into this promotion, as acknowledged by activating the promotion via the betslip when placing the qualifying bet. The cash-out function will also not be available for Free Bets.
Free Bet amount can only be used in its entirety and cannot be partially redeemed.
Free Bets are non-refundable, and the Free Bet stake is not included in any winnings. E.g. If you use a Free Bet of £10 on a bet with odds of 3.00 (2/1), the return would be £30, however the initial Free Bet amount is removed, and winnings paid to account will be £20.
A Free Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the free bet will be forfeit.
Only 1 Free Bet can be active on a customer’s account at any one time. Any additional Free Bets will be marked as queued and will unlock once existing Free Bets have settled.
The maximum win from a Free Bet is capped at £100.
Free bets that expire or are cancelled by the player will not be returned or reissued. No cash alternative will be provided.
We reserve the right to withhold any free bet if we have suspicion that the promotion has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled.
1. We prohibit certain types of play which are a breach of these terms and conditions where and whenever players attempt them and whether or not such attempts prove successful. These prohibited types of play include the following: -
(a) Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that seeks to minimise the normal risks or odds of a game, spin or bet, including overall funds risk on any promo, play or bet).
(b) Using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer.
(c) Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
(d) Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
(e) Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with, or acting alongside others, to gain, or to seek to gain, an unfair advantage).
(f) Using more than one account per person, per household, or per IP address, or using third party accounts, in each case to multiply entries or increase overall returns in our promotions or any pooled or networked promotions.
(g) Seeking to exploit any software, systems, game, human error, or malfunction in relation to any promotion on our website.
2. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
3. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and/or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means, in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, then that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize or bonus award will be void.
4. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to completion of wagering requirements, if any, or (where applicable) the award of any prize (other than bonus funds), then bonus funds in relation to the former are forfeited and in respect of the latter then reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method within a reasonable time period in relation to any live entries at time of closure.
5. Lottoland excludes any and all liability to participants for any loss, damage, disappointment, injury or loss of enjoyment, expectancy, or amenity, suffered by, or connected to, any player entering any of its Promotions, except in relation to death or personal injury or other liability which it cannot exclude by law.
