What if I have a complaint about my Book FHR booking?
If you have a complaint concerning accommodation or parking, you must inform the management of your accommodation or car park immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. If you fail to resolve matters, you must write or email Book FHR with the full details.

Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your payment has been received. You will need to print out the booking reference number, and take it with you to the airport car park.
If you give more than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £10. If you give notice less than 24 hours before your booking is activated, you will need to pay the fee in full - a refund is not possible.
