Am I able to skip a week with HelloFresh?
Yes, HelloFresh is a truly flexible service. You can postpone a delivery by logging in, clicking on the ‘Your Deliveries’ tab and then on the calendar icon. Find the date you’d like to skip and click ‘skip week’ to turn it red which will indicate that it’s on pause for that date.

- Click to view the deal or to copy the code of your choice at vouchercloud
- Follow our link to the HelloFresh website and click to view the boxes available
- Choose your box size and enter the other details needed, click ‘Continue’
- Your discounts will be applied automatically if they don’t require a code
- If not, click ‘Do you have a Promo Code?’ to enter yours and click ‘Apply’
- Continue to complete your order.

Cancelling your HelloFresh box
Simply head to ‘Settings’ on the menu underneath your username and click the subscription you’d like to cancel. Select ‘Deactivate my subscription’ and follow the steps supplied to complete the cancellation. HelloFresh will email you a confirmation which you should keep a record of for future reference.
