In 1981, husband and wife team Gary and Catherine Grant opened a toy shop in Amersham and The Entertainer was born. By 1999, it had 25 stores up and down the country and an online store teaming with toys. Standard Delivery is free when you spend over £40, £3.99 when you spend less. It takes 3 - 5 working days.

Express Delivery is £4.99 and delivers next working day, or 1 - 2 working days if ordered after 7pm.

Shutl Delivery can have your items at your door in as little as 90 minutes. This costs £7.99 and is only available in some areas and for some items.

Click & Collect has items to your local store in as little as 30 minutes. It is free of charge and only available on orders over £10

Returns with The Entertainer

The Entertainer is happy to accept items for return within 28 days of purchase, so long as the packaging is intact, the toy is still salable and proof of purchase given.

Some electronic toys are covered by one year’s warranty, others will be accepted for return up to 90 days after purchase and a repair, replacement or refund may be offered.

Exchanges can only be processed in store where stock is available and the returns policy is followed.
