Delivery with BT Shop
BT Shop offers a standard delivery service which will take 1-3 business days at a cost of £3.49. Express Delivery (next working day) is also available at a cost of £9.99.
BT Shop Returns
You can return an unused BT Shop item anytime up to 14 days after the date of receipt. BT Shop will collect your item from you, and deduct a small charge from your refund. Just head to the ‘orders and returns’ section of your account to initiate the returns process.
