Standard home delivery (3-4 days) is free for orders over £100 and £4 for orders under £100. If you can’t wait this long for your COS parcel, you also have the option of express home delivery for £10 (1-2 days). If you’re not happy with your COS item for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 14 days. Returns are easy and free - all that COS asks is that products are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For more details, please see the COS returns policy.
