Items are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
Customers are responsible for paying return postage. If you’re returning a large or bulky item which cannot be returned by post, Create and Craft can arrange collection of the item, but this will be at your cost. Instructions for filling in the Returns Slip can be found on the Dispatch Note. Once filled in, simply tear off the slip and place in the parcel.
