Can I collect my ATG Tickets on the day of the show?
You can collect your ATG Tickets from the box office up to an hour before the show. Please note you will need an ID and the credit card you used for payment to collect your tickets, as well as your booking reference.
I haven't received my email confirmation from ATG Tickets
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder and if after 48 hours the email from ATG Tickets hasn't arrived, fill in the replacement ticket form or call 02085447469 for more assistance.
Can I exchange my ATG Tickets?
Provided you booked with ATG Tickets, you can exchange your tickets until 48 hours before the performance. Exchanged tickets must be for the same venue and show.
I was unable to attend my ATG Tickets production due to extenuating circumstances. Am I eligible for a refund?
While ATG Tickets don't offer refunds, they assess missed productions on a case-by-case basis and may allocate you replacement tickets. For more information please call 02085447469 for assistance.

Your ATG Tickets delivery
Tickets will arrive no later than 5 days before the date of the show. If your tickets haven’t arrived by then fill in a replacement ticket form.
ATG Tickets' Returns
ATG Tickets do not offer refunds, but you can swap tickets up to 48 hours before the production.
