It was 16 years ago that Zak Edwards founded Prezzybox from a small rented office in an Industrial Estate in Leicestershire. The operation very much worked from the ground up, with Zak, his girlfriend Bianca, and his parents gathered their resources together to found a website that sought to make gift-giving a smoother and easier process. The site launched in 2001 with a fun range of useful, beautiful, and sometimes tasty gifts that could be personalised and delivered efficiently and effectively. While the products available have altered and developed to suit the time (the idea of an electronic cigarette would, after all, have been ridiculous in 2001) the central tenet of the website remains the same: to provide fun and engaging products with a friendly and warm approach to customer service and interactions.
