You can get a refund on any Red Kangaroo booking on the condition that it is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking being made and that it is not 24 hours or sooner before your booking is meant to take place. If you cancel outside of this initial 24 hour window but it is longer than a day before the event, you’re entitled to move your booking to another time within 14 days of the original booked date (no refunds are offered on cancellations made after 24 hours).
