Strada are a UK-based Italian restaurant chain, founded by Luke Johnson who came up with the concept for the restaurants in 2000. By 2005, the chain had expanded to thirty restaurants across the UK, and then was bought by Richard Caring, who added twenty further restaurants to the chain.
