Will the recipient know who sent the Teleflorist flowers?
You have the option to send the flowers with a personalised message to let them know who the flowers are from. No other documents will be delivered with the flowers so the lucky recipient can concentrate on their beautiful present.
Can I amend my Teleflorist order?
24 hours minimum is needed to make any changes. During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, this time may be extended to 72 hours
Can I request a delivery time with Teleflorist?
Deliveries take place between 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday. You can request a delivery time but due to the varying demands on the local florist used, this may not be fulfilled. However, funeral flowers do come with a guaranteed delivery time.

Delivery costs vary. Florist delivered products can be delivered same day if ordered by 3pm (£7.95), or next or future date (£5.95).
Bouquets can be delivered by courier for £3.99 or by Royal Mail for £1.99, for delivery next working day if order is placed before 4pm
