Britannia Hotels Cancellations Policy
If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of arrival, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel between 3 and 8 weeks of arrival, you will lose half of the amount due. You cannot receive a refund if you cancel between 0 and 3 weeks of arriving.
