After years of preparation and hard work Chill Factore launched back in November 2007, providing the UK with its longest indoor snow slope (180 metres in length). Near the second largest shopping centre in the UK, The Old Trafford Centre, Chill Factore is a stone’s throw from central Manchester and has become a true entertainment hotspot with bars, restaurants and cafes alongside the indoor slope. With world class lessons from top skiing and snowboarding instructors, you can enjoy the slopes at any level and develop a new skill in the process.

How do I use my Chill Factore discount codes?

- Copy the code, if given, and follow the link through to the Chill Factore website
- Browse the lessons or ski pass sections for corresponding opportunities
- Book your time and you will be automatically taken to your shopping basket

FAQs
How do I collect my Chill Factore tickets?
You can either collect your pre-ordered tickets from the Guest Services desk or from one of the Self Service ticket machines located near the staircase.
What equipment should I bring to Chill Factore?
As you might expect, you should dress warmly and (if possible) in waterproofs, but otherwise there is skiing and snowboarding gear available to rent onsite. If you have your own, though, you can, of course, bring it along.
I can already ski, can I go straight on the slopes at Chill Factore?
To ski at Chill Factore’s slopes you must meet the minimum main slope standards of controlling speed, direction, turns and know how to stop. If you can’t do all this or cannot use the button lift, you are not eligible to use the main slope.
