Returning Products to Chums

Unwanted goods can be returned for free. This must be done within 30 days of receipt. Complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and include it in your parcel. Peel off the pre-paid Collect+ label and stick it on your parcel. Take the parcel to your local store offering a Collect+ service (local stores listed here) to return it to Chums.
