Do I get free delivery at Dream Home Store?

Can Dream Home Store match prices from other retailers?

When do Dream Home Store sales typically happen?

Can I get next-day delivery on furniture?

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery immediately and write 'damaged' on the courier's paperwork before they leave if you notice any issues. Then contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the damage - they'll send replacement parts or a new unit.
Are there any areas where delivery isn't available?
Van delivery for large furniture isn't available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man. However, smaller items can be delivered to Northern Ireland and internationally via standard courier for an additional charge.
How quickly do orders get dispatched?
Most orders leave the warehouse within one working day of payment, Monday to Saturday. If you order before 9am on weekdays, your order will be dispatched the same day.
Can I exchange items at Dream Home Store?
