If you want to make a return or exchange you must notify Oak Furniture Superstores within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in fully resaleable condition in original packaging.
Assembled furniture cannot be returned.
Exchanges and returns are subjected to a fee of £81 for collection of the item.
Mattresses can only be returned if unopened.
