FAQs from Field Doctor
Does Field Doctor offer an NHS discount?
NHS employees can register on the Field Doctor website to receive a dedicated discount code. Healthcare professionals working outside the NHS can also access a separate discount on registration. It's worth signing up if you work in either sector.
Is there an incentive for subscribing to Field Doctor's email newsletter?
New subscribers receive 20% off their order when they sign up to the Field Doctor newsletter and competitions. It's one of the most straightforward savings available and applies to your first order.
Does Field Doctor offer a discount for first orders?
Introductory trial offers with special pricing are available for new customers on their first order, and these are limited to one per household. It's worth noting that a Field Doctor discount code cannot be applied to trial box orders — the two are separate.
Does Field Doctor offer referral discounts?
Existing customers receive a personal discount code to share with friends, and each code is one-time use only, so every friend gets their own saving. There's also a separate affiliate ambassador programme offering a 25% discount code to share and up to 15% commission on referrals.
Is there a minimum purchase required to use a Field Doctor promo code?
The minimum order value at Field Doctor is £50. It's worth confirming at checkout that your basket meets any additional terms attached to a specific offer, as these can vary.
Does Field Doctor offer free delivery?
Standard delivery is free on orders over £67.50. The minimum order at Field Doctor is £50, so free delivery applies once you spend a little above that baseline. Stocking up on several meals at once is the easiest way to reach the threshold.
What is Field Doctor's returns policy?
Frozen meals are non-returnable because they're perishable. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a 30-day refund or redelivery policy applies. You'll need to provide photographic evidence and contact the Field Doctor team within that window.
Does Field Doctor offer a corporate or employee discount?
Field Doctor's Wellness at Work programme offers monthly plans with savings starting at 20% off staff meals. There's currently a national launch offer for new sign-ups, and it's designed for businesses looking to support employee wellbeing through better nutrition.
What payment methods does Field Doctor accept?
Field Doctor accepts credit cards and debit cards. There are no buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna or Clearpay currently available at checkout.
Can I use a Field Doctor offer code on a trial box order?
No — discount codes cannot be applied to trial box orders. If you have a Field Doctor offer code, it will need to be used on a standard order rather than an introductory trial.
Smart Ways to Save on Field Doctor Meals
Field Doctor sits in a genuinely useful corner of the food market: dietitian-designed frozen meals built around specific health goals, made with natural ingredients and flash-frozen to keep the nutrition intact. The good news is that eating well here doesn't have to mean paying full price. Between the newsletter discount, double-portion pricing, and eligibility-based offers, there are several solid ways to bring the cost down.
On this vouchercloud page you'll find the best current Field Doctor deals rounded up in one place, including any active Field Doctor discount codes worth using.
How to Apply a Field Doctor Voucher Code at Checkout
Using a Field Doctor voucher code is straightforward. Here's exactly what to do:
-
Add your chosen meals to your basket on the Field Doctor website and proceed to checkout.
-
Look for the field labelled 'discount code' or 'promo code' on the checkout page, usually near the order summary.
-
Type or paste your code into the field and click 'Apply' to confirm it.
-
Check that the discount has been deducted from your order total before completing payment.
-
If the code isn't working, double-check the minimum order requirement (£50 applies for delivery), confirm the code hasn't already been used, and note that codes cannot be applied to trial box orders. A fresh code will be needed for a standard order.
Save 20% With the Newsletter Sign-Up Offer
The simplest saving at Field Doctor is the 20% off discount you receive when you sign up to receive the newsletter and competitions. For a brand where single portions start at £8.49, that reduction adds up quickly across a full order, and it takes only a moment to claim.
This offer is aimed at new subscribers, so it's worth using before your very first browse. Sign up on the Field Doctor website and the discount will be with you ready for checkout.
Save More With Double Portions
Field Doctor's double-portion pricing is one of those quiet savings that's easy to miss but genuinely worth knowing about. Buying a double portion (designed for two people) costs £13.99, whereas purchasing two single portions separately would come to £16.98, a saving of nearly £3 on a single meal choice.
If you're cooking for two, or simply want to batch your meals efficiently, opting for double portions wherever they're available is a straightforward way to reduce your overall spend without needing a code at all.
Free Delivery on Orders Over £67.50
Standard delivery is free when your order reaches £67.50. It's worth noting that the minimum order value at Field Doctor is £50, so free delivery kicks in at a threshold above that baseline. Planning your order to hit the free delivery threshold is a practical way to avoid an extra charge, particularly if you're stocking up on several meals at once.
Field Doctor's frozen meals are non-returnable due to their perishable nature, but if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a 30-day refund or redelivery policy applies. Just keep photographic evidence and contact the team within that window.
NHS, Healthcare, and Corporate Discounts
Field Doctor has built out a range of eligibility-based savings that go well beyond a standard promotional code.
NHS and Healthcare Worker Discounts
NHS employees can access a special discount code on registration, and the same applies to professionals working more broadly in the healthcare industry. If you qualify, it's worth registering to claim your rate. The process is handled through the Field Doctor website.
Wellness at Work — Corporate Savings From 20% Off
For employers and employees, Field Doctor's Wellness at Work monthly plans offer savings starting at 20% off staff meals. There's also a national launch offer currently available for those signing up to the corporate wellness programme. If your workplace is exploring staff wellbeing benefits, this is a practical option worth raising with whoever handles those decisions.
Refer a Friend and the Affiliate Ambassador Programme
Field Doctor runs two ways to share savings with others, and both come with a benefit for you.
Friend Referral Codes
Existing customers can share a personal discount code with friends. These are one-time use only, so each friend gets a fresh saving on their first order. It's a straightforward way to help someone you know try the service.
Affiliate Ambassador Programme
If you want to take that a step further, the affiliate ambassador programme gives successful applicants a personalised 25% discount code to share, plus up to 15% commission on referrals. It's open to applicants via the Field Doctor website, and worth looking into if you already talk about health food or nutrition with an audience.
E-Gift Cards at Field Doctor
Field Doctor sells e-gift cards, which makes them a practical option if you want to treat someone to a healthier ready-meal habit without guessing which meals they'd prefer. They're available to purchase directly through the Field Doctor website.
