Travel, Holidays or trip bookings will be verified up to 90-120 days after the date of your return. This process varies from brand to brand
Any (i) VAT or other taxes or (ii) service charges or other additional fees, will not be included in calculating the total spend. You can find the breakdown in your order confirmation, showing your purchase amount before taxes or additional fees
We are not responsible if the brand cancels part of your order
The purchase of gift cards does not qualify for a reward
Cancelling, returning, or receiving a refund for any items made in your online purchase will deem the claim invalid and you will not receive the gift card
