If you cannot locate your order, allow 14 days from dispatch date to pass before raising a complaint. If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbour or another member of your household, please contact IWOOT’s customer services team.
When will I receive a IWOOT refund?
If you’ve sent the item back as per the returns instructions, and IWOOT has received your item at the warehouse, your request will be processed within 72 hours. You should expect to see your refund in your account within 5 working days once you have received your refund update email, please note some banks may take longer.
