You have 14 days to return any items bought online for a refund. A deduction may be made if the goods are in less than perfect condition. Contact customer services to initiate a return. You will be issued with a returns label. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
For items bought in store, you can receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase and an exchange within 30 days. Some exclusions apply (experiences, personalised gifts, consumable items).
