Can I pay a deposit if I book enough in advance with Olympic Holidays?
If you book more than 10 weeks (11 if Flexichoice product) in advance, you can secure your booking with a deposit between £49 - £89 per person. A £2.50 per person ATOL protection charge will be added too. The remaining balance will be payable 10 weeks before travel.
Will I be able to amend my booking with Olympic Holidays?
This depends on the nature of your request as not all changes can be accommodated. If amendments can be made, you will be liable for any new charges incurred, as well as amendment charges of £35 per person per detail changed (if changes are made more than 70 days before departure), or £50 per person per detail changed (if 70 days or fewer before departure).
No changes can be made from 2 weeks before departure.

Confirmed bookings must be cancelled by writing to Interaction Worldwide Ltd, 1 Torrington Park, London, N1 9TB.
Cancellations differ from product to product so check the terms and conditions of your booking.
For flights and hotels, the charges tend to be thus:
Cancelling over 70 days before departure: You will be charged deposit plus admin fees
69 - 56 days before: 30% of your booking (or deposit plus admin charges if greater)
36 - 55 days before: 50% (or deposit plus admin charges if greater)
22 - 35 days before: 70% (or deposit plus admin charges if greater)
11 - 21 days before: 90% (or deposit plus admin charges if greater)
10 days or fewer: 100%
