Free delivery on orders over £199 at PMT

Forget the backache lugging your new guitar from a PMT store to the car. Order from PMT online and you’ll nab free next-day shipping whenever you spend over £199 – you’ll need to order by 3pm between Monday to Thursday to receive your purchase on the following day. Otherwise, orders under £199 cost £5.99 to deliver, as long as they’re under a hefty 30kg.

Look out for a text on the morning of your delivery, which will give you an hour timeslot so you can plan ahead and look forward to your PMT haul to arrive.

The return policy at PMT

If your new PMT guitar isn’t quite hitting the spot, you can feel comfortable in the knowledge that PMT returns are a pain-free process. Be sure to contact the customer service team within 14 days of receiving your items, and then post your items back within the following 14 days. Shoppers are also able to arrange for PMT to collect their items for £12. Any returned items should be in brand new condition and with all their original packaging.
