FAQs from Seep
Does Seep offer a discount code for new customers?
Yes — new customers can get 10% off their first order by signing up to the Seep newsletter. It's one of the easiest ways to save, and it takes less than a minute to register. Sign up at theseepcompany.com before you add anything to your cart so the discount is ready to apply at checkout.
How do I get free delivery at Seep?
Standard delivery is free on all orders of £35 or more. If your order is under that threshold, delivery costs £3.95. It's worth checking whether adding a lower-cost item brings you up to £35 — it could work out cheaper than paying the delivery fee. All bundle orders also include free delivery regardless of the total.
What is the Seep free gift offer?
Seep includes a free gift with orders of £45 or more. Since free delivery already applies at £35, spending £45 is the most efficient level — you'll get both perks in one order. It's a nice bonus if you're stocking up on cleaning products anyway.
How much can I save with Seep bundle deals?
Seep's cleaning kits save you between 16% and 17% compared to buying the same items individually. Every bundle also comes with free delivery included, making them great value for anyone who goes through cleaning products regularly. The 12-sponge annual supply, for example, is priced at £28.50 — down from £36.00 — saving you £7.50 upfront.
What is Seep's returns policy?
Seep operates a 'Love Me or I'm Free' returns policy. You can request a free return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. They'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. There's also a separate 30-day money-back guarantee on product performance — if your sponges or cloths don't last as expected, you can claim a full refund.
How quickly will my Seep order arrive?
Orders placed on working days are typically dispatched the same day or the next working day. Standard delivery via Royal Mail takes 3–7 working days. If you need your order sooner, next day delivery is available for £5.95. Seep currently ships to UK addresses only.
Can I stack a discount code with a Seep bundle deal?
If you're a new customer using the 10% newsletter discount on your first order, you can apply that saving to a bundle purchase — effectively stacking your new-customer discount on top of the existing 16–17% bundle saving. It's one of the best ways to maximise your first order at Seep.
Does Seep have an affiliate or referral programme?
Seep runs an affiliate programme aimed at content creators, bloggers, and sustainability-focused influencers. Affiliates receive gifted products to try, early access to new launches, and earn competitive commission on referred sales. You can apply at theseepcompany.com/pages/affiliate.
How long do Seep sponges and cloths last?
Seep sponges are designed to last at least one month with regular use — and longer if you let them dry out between uses and wash them occasionally. Cloths are even more durable, lasting several months with proper care. If a product doesn't meet those standards, Seep's 30-day money-back guarantee means you can claim a refund.
How do I contact Seep customer support?
You can reach the Seep team by emailing [email protected]. There's also a contact form at theseepcompany.com/pages/contact-us and a helpful FAQ section at theseepcompany.com/pages/faqs if you'd prefer to find a quick answer yourself.

Free Delivery and Free Gifts: How to Get Both
Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over £35
Standard delivery at Seep costs £3.95, but it's completely free when you spend £35 or more. Orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) via Royal Mail, with delivery typically taking 3–7 working days. If you're just under the threshold, it's worth adding a lower-cost item — it could cost less than the delivery fee itself.
Free Gift on Orders Over £45
Spend £45 or more and Seep will include a free gift with your order. Since free delivery already kicks in at £35, spending £45 is the sweet spot — you'll get both free delivery and a complimentary gift in one go. It's worth planning your order around this threshold if you're buying for the household.
Next Day Delivery: £5.95
Need your eco cleaning products in a hurry? Next day delivery is available for £5.95. This is useful if you've run out of sponges or cloths and can't wait for standard delivery. Note that Seep currently ships to UK addresses only.
Seep's "Love Me or I'm Free" Returns Policy
Seep backs its products with a genuinely reassuring returns policy. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a free return within 30 days of receiving it — just email [email protected] and they'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
There's also a 30-day money-back guarantee specifically for product performance. If your sponges or cloths don't last as long as expected, Seep will refund you in full — no quibble. Refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method once the return is approved. For first-time buyers, this makes trying Seep essentially risk-free.
Seep's Affiliate Programme: Earn While You Share
If you're a content creator, blogger, or sustainability-focused influencer, Seep's affiliate programme is worth a look. Affiliates receive gifted products to try, early access to new launches, and earn competitive commission on every sale they refer. The sign-up process is quick and straightforward, and the Seep team offers hands-on support throughout. If you're passionate about eco-friendly living and want to recommend plastic-free cleaning products to your audience, you can find out more and apply at theseepcompany.com/pages/affiliate.
How Long Do Seep Products Last?
It's a fair question — and the answer makes the price per use very competitive. Seep sponges last at least one month with regular use, and longer if you let them dry out between uses and give them an occasional wash. Cloths are even more durable, lasting several months with proper care. When you factor in the bundle pricing and the annual supply options, the cost per clean works out to be very reasonable compared to conventional plastic alternatives.
