- If the deal doesn’t require a code, all you need to do is select the ‘view discount’ button. You’ll be redirected to the Tootbus website, where you can select your tickets - the discount is automatic, so you don’t need to do a thing!
- If it’s a deal with a code, it’ll say ‘get code’ instead - select this and copy the code from the pop up window. Follow the ‘shop now’ link to be redirected to Tootbus website. Once you’ve selected your tour and tickets, you’ll be able to enter your code - just select the ‘add a promotional code?’ link and paste it in the box that appears.

Is Wifi available on Tootbus buses?
Yes! There’s free Wifi on all tours, so you can stay connected throughout your journey.
Can I combine Tootbus attraction and bus tickets?
Yes! You can combine bus and attraction tickets and gain fast track entry when you book them through Tootbus. Just check out the tours section online to see what you can save when you book together!
Call the Tootbus team on +44 (0)20 8877 1722 or message the brand directly using their online contact form. The visitor centre is located at 17-19 Cockspur Street, near Trafalgar Square, London, SW1Y 5BL.
Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase - just present the QR code to the driver on arrival. If you booked through a third party, double check the terms of the ticket - you may need to print it out. Tickets are also available to buy from the driver in cash.
Tootbus tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so make sure you double check your booking dates before confirmation.
