AWD IT provides free standard shipping on all orders, or you’re welcome to upgrade to express shipping if you want your PC in a hurry:
- Standard delivery is free and takes 4–5 working days.
- Express delivery is £7.95 and takes 1–2 working days.
The delivery estimate does not include the time to build your PC. When selecting your gaming PC, you’ll have the option to choose between free standard build time (4–5 working days), £29.99 premium build time (2–3 working days) or £49.99 express build time (1–2 working days).

As soon as your computer has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your AWD IT tracking number.
AWD IT returns
AWD IT accepts returns of unused and resaleable products within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as they are kept in the original packaging. In the case of a change of mind, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. If something in your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty, contact AWD IT as soon as possible.
