Your cancellation right is set out in the policy document. If your insurance lasts for fewer than 29 days, you do not have a cooling off period.
If you cancel prior to the commencement date of your insurance policy a full refund of the premium will be supplied.
For policies issued for a period greater than 28 days and subsequently cancelled within 14 days of commencement of cover, a £79.75 charge is payable.
