Can I add additional drivers to my policy?
Anyone that will drive your vehicle should be included in your Policy, you can add any named drivers by logging into MyAviva then going to 'Amend Options' and 'Add Driver'.
How do I change my vehicle?
You will need the details of your new vehicle including the registration number so that Aviva can verify your request and make amendments to your Policy. You can do this through MyAviva under the amendment options, go to 'vehicle details' then 'replace this vehicle'.
What if I lose my keys or if they are stolen?
Ignition keys will be replaced as part of the comprehensive cover, as well as the affected locks, lock transmitter and interface, plus any alarms and immobilisers.
How can I renew my policy?
