Dwell started life as a very small independant venture, set up by a London based entrepreneur in 2003. There was just one store initially, but as the business boomed, the managers opened more stores year on year. Dwell is now part of the DFS Group, and sells almost 1,500 products at any one time. It is now a chain of 25 stores, in locations such as Westfield, Stratford, Bluewater, Trafford Centre and Tottenham Court Road in Central London. Dwell prides itself on offering innovatively designed modern furniture and home accessories at very affordable prices.

Does Dwell offer a collection service for my old furniture?
No, but it has teamed up with the British Heart Foundation and recommend that you arrange a free charity collection of your old furniture. You will not make any money, but the gesture of goodwill should be enough of an incentive.
Can I purchase a Dwell gift voucher?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher (in store only), of a monetary value of anything between £10 and £5,000. The voucher is presented in a stylish branded gift envelope, which makes it the perfect gift with no wrapping required.

Large items of furniture will be given a delivery slot within 7 days to 2 weeks, delivery to UK cities will take place 7 days a week.
