FAQs from Ravensburger
What is the Ravensburger Club and is it worth joining?
Yes, it's well worth it for regular shoppers. The Ravensburger Club gives members free Standard Delivery on every order (no minimum spend), 300 bonus points on joining, and access to exclusive Club rewards and limited edition products. If you order more than once or twice a year, the free shipping alone covers the value.
Does Ravensburger offer free delivery?
Yes, in two ways. Ravensburger Club members get free Standard Delivery on all orders regardless of basket size. Non-members receive free Standard Delivery when they spend £50 or more (or £40 or more on ThinkFun products). Below those thresholds, Standard Delivery costs £3.95.
Where can I find a Ravensburger discount code?
vouchercloud rounds up the latest Ravensburger deals and any active Ravensburger discount codes on this page. It's worth checking here before you checkout — codes and offers are updated regularly so you're always seeing what's current.
Does Ravensburger offer a first-order discount?
There's no standalone first-order discount code available right now. However, new Ravensburger Club members receive 300 bonus points just for joining, which can be put towards future purchases alongside access to exclusive Club offers and free shipping from the very first order.
Does Ravensburger replace missing puzzle pieces?
Ravensburger is known for its quality standards, but for specific queries about missing or damaged pieces, the best route is to contact the customer service team directly. You can reach them at [email protected] or via the live chat on the Ravensburger website.
Does Ravensburger sell GraviTrax and Disney Lorcana products?
Yes, both ranges are available on the Ravensburger website. GraviTrax marble run sets are a popular choice for families and older children, with a wide variety of starter sets and expansion packs to build out the track. Disney Lorcana puzzle collections are also stocked, making them a strong option if you're looking for a licensed gift with broad appeal.
When is the Ravensburger sale on?
Ravensburger runs promotional events throughout the year, including seasonal sales periods. Pre-order discounts on Championship Puzzles are available now from £11.30. Checking this vouchercloud page regularly is the easiest way to spot active Ravensburger deals as they appear.
Is there a Ravensburger student discount?
There's no dedicated student discount programme listed for Ravensburger. The most reliable way for students to save is by joining the free Ravensburger Club for free Standard Delivery on all orders, or by spending £50 or more to qualify for free shipping without membership.
What payment methods does Ravensburger accept?
Ravensburger accepts VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This covers most common payment preferences, so you're unlikely to need an alternative at checkout.
Does Ravensburger offer Black Friday deals?
Ravensburger typically takes part in seasonal promotional events, and Black Friday is a key period to watch. The best approach is to check this vouchercloud page in the run-up to Black Friday — any active Ravensburger deals or offers will be listed here as soon as they're available.
Smart Ways to Save at Ravensburger
Ravensburger makes it genuinely straightforward to spend less, whether you're building a GraviTrax set with the kids or adding a Disney Lorcana puzzle to your collection. The Ravensburger Club is the headline act for regular shoppers, but there are also delivery thresholds and pre-order prices worth knowing about before you check out.
On this vouchercloud page you'll find the best current Ravensburger deals rounded up in one place, including any active Ravensburger discount codes and pre-order offers.
How to Use a Ravensburger Voucher Code at Checkout
Applying a Ravensburger promo code takes under a minute once you know where to look. Follow these steps:
-
Add your chosen items to your basket on the Ravensburger website.
-
Proceed to checkout and look for the field labelled 'voucher code' or 'discount code' on the order summary page.
-
Type or paste your code into the field and confirm it. The saving should appear in your order total immediately.
-
If the code isn't accepted, check that your basket meets any minimum spend requirement and that none of the items are already reduced, as codes generally cannot be used on sale-price products.
-
Only one code can be applied per order, so choose the one that gives you the best saving.
Free Shipping on Every Order With the Ravensburger Club
The Ravensburger Club is the single most valuable ongoing perk for anyone who shops here regularly. Members receive free Standard Delivery on all orders, with no minimum basket size, which makes a real difference when you're picking up a single ThinkFun game or a smaller CreArt kit.
Beyond the shipping benefit, new members also receive 300 bonus points just for joining. Those points contribute towards exclusive Club rewards and offers, including access to limited edition products that aren't available to non-members.
If you place even a handful of orders a year, the free shipping alone more than justifies signing up, and the points are a bonus on top.

Free Standard Delivery When You Spend £50 or More
Not ready to join the Club? You can still avoid delivery charges by hitting the free shipping threshold.
Standard Orders
-
Standard orders: Free Standard Delivery on baskets of £50 or more.
-
Below the threshold: Standard Delivery costs £3.95.
-
Delivery time: Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days to mainland Great Britain.
ThinkFun Orders
- ThinkFun orders: Free Standard Delivery kicks in at £40 or more for ThinkFun products.
It's worth noting that shipping is currently available to England, Scotland, and Wales only. If you're close to the free delivery threshold, adding a lower-cost item such as a Championship Puzzle or a smaller BRIO accessory can tip your basket over the line and save you the £3.95 delivery charge.
Check your basket total before confirming the order to see whether you're near the threshold.
