Sandals Order Confirmations
Booking confirmations and invoices will be sent via email. Call customer support in the event that you haven't received any travel documents within 10 days of your departure.
Sandals Cancellations
Requests to cancel must be made in writing as soon as possible, and in the event that this is accepted, a £50 amendment fee will be charged. Do check the Ts&Cs for additional charges.
