What can I do if my South Western Railway trip is delayed?
If delayed by 15 minutes or more, you can apply for a ‘delay repay’ - compensation for unscheduled delays on your trip. For a single or season ticket, you can be refunded 25% for delays between 15-29 minutes, 50% for delays between 30-59 minutes, and 100% for longer delays. For return tickets, you’ll be refunded half of these values, but will receive a full refund for delays of 120 minutes or more.
