How can I redeem a The Wave discount code?
Scroll through our awesome The Wave deals. Click on the blue button for the one you want—it’ll say either ‘get code’, ‘get reward’, or ‘view discount’. If there’s a code for the offer, it’ll be copied to your clipboard, and you'll be redirected to The Wave’s website to complete your purchase.
Can I buy gift vouchers for The Wave?
The Wave gift vouchers are available starting at £10 and going as high as £250.
What is The Wave’s cancellation policy?
Customers who cancel their The Wave booking at least 7 days before their booked date will receive their booking payment back as a gift voucher – minus a £5 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days of booking dates will not be credited/refunded.
Secure savings on your next surfing session by doing the following:
- Pick from our deals and discount codes by clicking the blue ‘Get Code’ or ‘View Discount’ button opposite the one you wish to redeem.
- When selecting a deal that has no code, wait for the pop-up window and click the link to be taken to The Wave with your deal automatically active.
- As for codes, copy yours as it becomes visible before taking the link and booking your session.
- Once you reach the checkout and enter the ‘Details’ page, scroll down to the labelled ‘Promotion Code’ box.
- Paste your code and hit ‘Apply’ to see your surfing session decrease to its new and final price.

The Wave camp
When an hour or two on The Wave won’t satisfy that surfing itch, look to The Camp – The Wave’s purpose-built accommodation for hardcore surfers. With each room sleeping up to eight people, containing beds, kitchenette, toilet and balcony just metres away from The Wave itself, it’s a no-brainer for those serious about improving their surf.
The Wave gift vouchers

The Wave annual local’s pass
To enhance the feel of community at The Wave, locals living in postcodes BS35 5, BS35 4 or BS35 2 (roughly within a mile of The Wave) are entitled to exclusive deals as well as year-round access to the café and bar through their annual local’s pass programme. Besides special prices for food, drink and drink, locals can also put themselves down for specific local competitions to see which Bristol surfer takes the trophy!
The Wave spectator pass
You don’t need to visit The Wave to surf if you don’t want. With a spectator pass customers can freely wander the site and soak up those Bristol views from The Wave’s own viewing deck. If you get peckish or fancy a nice cold drink, you can eat at the bar and restaurant while seeing how the surfers work.
Should your plans fall through, just contact The Wave via hello@thewave.com at least 7 days before your booked date to receive your booking fee back as a gift voucher – minus a £5 administration fee. Cancellations made within a week of your booked date will not be viable for a refund/credit.
