If you don't make a purchase within 24 hours of reward activation, the link will stop working and the activated reward will disappear from your account
A reward is provided once the purchase has been verified and confirmed as not cancelled by the brand. The verification process varies from brand to brand depending on their return and cancellation policies. This process can take at least 90 working days
Rewards offer cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, offer, gift card or promotional code and redeemed for cash. If this is used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, you will not be eligible for the offer

Travel, Holidays or trip bookings will be verified 90-120 days after the date of your return
Any (i) VAT or other taxes or (ii) service charges or other additional fees, will not be included in calculating the total spend. You can find the breakdown in your order confirmation, showing your purchase amount before taxes or additional fees
We are not responsible if the brand cancels part of your order
The purchase of gift cards does not qualify for a reward
Cancelling, returning, or receiving a refund for any items made in your online purchase will deem the claim invalid and you will not receive the gift card
Purchases completed via mobile apps do not qualify for the reward
All purchases must be paid in full in GBP and excludes all types of 'buy now pay later' purchases such as Klarna, Clear Pay, Paypal, etc
Upon receipt of verification from the merchant that you made a qualifying purchase, we shall email your registered email address with confirmation and details on how to redeem your Reward. We cannot be responsible for any confirmation emails which are lost during transmission or which do not reach you because you provided an incorrect or invalid email address, lost access to your email address or have spam blockers or similar features in place
