All purchases are offered as standard with a £6.99 delivery charge, with a delivery window of three days (though the majority of crates will show up the day after purchase). If you’d prefer to opt for named-day or Saturday deliveries, you can do so for an extra £2.
Returns to Virgin Wines
Don’t worry if you have any second thoughts, as Virgin Wines allows for cancellations as far as fourteen days after the initial purchase date – provided the bottles and crate remain unopened. Simply contact customer services (see below) to arrange for your bottles to be collected and your wine refunded.
