What should I expect at my appointment?
All appointments are free, with no obligation to sell. On average, our appointments take just 25 minutes. Your appointment will include an appraisal of your vehicle and the completion of paperwork if you choose to sell. Step-by-step appointment schedule: Arrive with your vehicle at your chosen branch at your scheduled appointment time. Our purchaser will appraise your car and carry out a short test drive which involves moving the vehicle several meters back and forth. Our purchaser will offer you a price to buy your car. If you do decide to sell your car, our purchaser will run through all the relevant paperwork and arrange for the money to be paid into your chosen bank account. You have the option to upgrade your payment to receive the money faster (an additional fee may apply). The paperwork to be completed includes: Notifying the DVLA that your car has been sold and claiming a road tax refund (if applicable). Updating the vehicle logbook (V5C). Payment of any outstanding finance with an in-date settlement letter. Following your appointment, you will receive a unique link which will enable you to track your payment. Your Payment Tracker link will provide an estimated payment date.
