If I buy a policy with FlexiCover online, how soon does the cover start?
Your cover starts as soon as the transaction is processed. So, you could buy your policy on the same day as you travel, providing that your journey commences and ends in your home area.
How do I make a claim with FlexiCover?
You must notify the claims company on 0203 824 0714, or visit www.travel-claims.net to obtain a claims form. Claims must be notified within 31 days of your return.
How do I renew my FlexiCover policy?
Simply go to the renewal page of the website, fill in your policy number and surname, then you’ll be asked to choose the duration of the renewal.

Delivery Details for FlexiCover
Confirmation of your new policy, or amendments to a current policy will be emailed to you. You can request hard copies, which will be sent to your home address.
Returning Items to FlexiCover
FlexiCover policies offer a 14 day cancellation period, so if you cancel during this time you will receive a refund of the premium providing you have not travelled and no claim has been made. The cancellation will be subject to a £9 admin fee.
