How do I use an AEG discount code?

We’ll automatically copy the AEG discount code for you and redirect you to the website to continue with your shop.
If you’ve selected a discount, we’ll redirect you to the relevant page with the discounts pre-applied.
Once you’ve chosen your favourite items, click the checkout button to view a summary of your choices.

You can book your free repair easily on the website or by contacting AEG’s customer service team. Make sure you register your product as soon as it arrives.

Standard delivery costs £3.99 per order, and it’ll be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Next-day delivery costs £6.99 per order, and it’ll be delivered on the next business day if you order before 2:30pm Monday to Friday.
AEG order tracking
AEG will let you know when your order has been dispatched. Look out for an email from AEG containing the tracking number for your parcel.
AEG returns policy
You’ll have up to 14 days to return your AEG order, although the process is different depending on whether you’re returning spare parts, small appliances or large appliances. For spare parts, you can complete the returns form on the website. For small appliances and large appliances, you’ll need to call AEG on 03445 611 080.
