After 4 years in the US, burger-enthusiast Tom Byng returned to the UK to improve our burger game — and did so with spectacular results. An antidote to the fast food chains that used to dominate our burger scene, Byron kickstarted a burger revolution with its high quality meat and classic adornments: lettuce, tomato, onion and some cheese or bacon to top it all off.

When you’re done choosing your burger, get in some cheese fries, onion rings and a craft beer to wash it down. Then it’s just a matter of deciding on dessert, never easy when you’ve got brownies and Oreo Cheesecake to choose from.
